We're a growing concept currently looking for General Managers and Assistant Managers throughout the Tampa area! We are seeking energetic managers with an outgoing personality. With 100 new store openings per year, there is an abundance of room for Managers coming in to advance through the ranks!

REQUIREMENTS

* 2+ years of current Restaurant Management experience
* A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
* Maintaining high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene

Salary: $35,000 - $48,000 + excellent benefits/bonus packages
